Answers:
You have to let them cool completely!. If they are warm they are still very soft in the middle and will fall apart when they are unmolded!. Next time, place on a wire cooling rack and cool until they are COMPLETELY room temperature before you take them out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The cupcakes need to cool for a while in the cupcake pan first!. Then, with a small (butter) knife, carefully run it around the outside of the cupcake!. I think greasing a flouring the tins makes them come out better than spray, but I do it the easy way and use the little fluted paper liners!. Then there is absolutely no problem, and they stay moist longer!. Good luck with you baking!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you use those paper cupcake liners!? Maybe you let the cupcakes cool too long or not long enough before trying to remove them!. Try letting them cool for a few minutes then gently turn the cupcake tin upside down!. They should all fall out before you get it totally upside down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always let them cool down first, then gently take them out of the pan!. If you're short on time, put the tray in the freezer for 10 mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

every time before filling mould you can apply butter or ghee okWww@FoodAQ@Com
