I would like the ingredients for carrot cake and its topping? ?!
the topping that is usually a light colour soft topping,i have not been able to find it anywhere!.and as i have recently discovered carrot cake is yummy yummy, i would like to try and make one!.also what is the right method of making and is there anything else i should know about making it !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

CARROT CAKE AND TOPPING
4 eggs
2 c!. sugar
1 1/2 c!. Wesson oil (Wesson is a must for good results)
2 c!. flour
2 tsp!. cinnamon
2 tsp!. baking soda
1 tsp!. salt
3 c!. raw grated carrots
Beat eggs, oil, and sugar together!. Mix in dry ingredients, then ad carrots!. Grease and flour bottom of cake pan!. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes!.
TOPPING:
1 pkg!. Dream Whip
1 pkg!. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c!. milk
Beat ingredients together at top speed of mixer for 6 minutes!. Spread on cake!. Refrigerate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Directions
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan!.
2!. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla!. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon!. Stir in carrots!. Fold in pecans!. Pour into prepared pan!.
3!. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean!. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely!.
4!. To Make Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla!. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy!. Stir in chopped pecans!. Frost the cooled cake!.
