Keep it southern, go with succotash!. Lima beans, corn, and green beans with some butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You definitely need vegetables with that!. I'd have a crisp green salad with Balsamic vignarette dressing!. An oil/vinegar dressing will cut the heaviness of the biscuits & gravy; and the salad with be nice and light too!. Plus, the green color will look good with the tan/brown/beige of the main dish (and the peaches are a similar color too)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmmm!.!.!.!.I'd actually stick with the breakfast theme!. Or, you might consider:

1!. Fresh green beans with bacon and onions
2!. Tomatos au gratin (cut ripe tomatos in half, remove seeds, top with bread crumbs and grated parmesan, cover and bake until tender)
3!. Chopped salad with fresh pears, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, and champagne vinagrette!.
4!. Stewed fruit compote
5!. Cauliflower casserole
6!. Sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms

If what you call a biscuit is one of those flat scones, I would suggest vegetables, like green peas, beans or broccoli/cauliflower!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
