How can I make kettle corn at home?!


Question: How can I make kettle corn at home!?
With a regular pan, not a popcorn machine, how can I make kettle corn!?

I tried last night by putting kernals, some sugar and butter in a pan with a lid on it!. It popped but the popcorn came out like burnt!.!.!.like the butter burnt in the pan before the kernals had time to pop!.

So how can I make kettle corn at home with a regular pan so that it doesn't burn!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

15 min | 5 min prep

SERVES 4

2/3 cup popcorn
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup sugar
salt
Heat Oil over medium heat in a large skillet with a tight fitting lid!.
Add Popcorn and continue to heat until first kernel pops!.
quickly stir in sugar until it is dissolved!.
Cover and continue to shake skillet, popcorn may burn, be careful!.
After the popcorn is popped, pour in a bowl and lightly salt!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use the recipe provided above!. The key to your question though is don't use butter or sugar when you are popping your corn!. You have to pop it first!. So use the recipe provided!. Then if you want to put anything on it, do it after its popped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
