What are some easy, simple meals to prepare at home?!
I am wondering what are some easy, simple meals that I can make at home!? I make various things, but they are getting a little tired!. I'm willing to cook, but I don't have that much time for it!. So what are some easy and quick to make entrys to serve at home!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE
1 lb!. ground beef
1 env!. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz!.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c!. (6 oz!.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c!. dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz!.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c!. chopped onion
2 tbsp!. melted butter
1/2 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
In fry pan, brown beef and onion; drain!. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce, heat until hot and bubbly!. Combine cheese and sour cream!. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 12 x 8 or 9 x 13 baking dish!. Spoon cheese mixture over meat!. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles and place over cheese mixture!. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter, crumble over dough!. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until deep golden brown!. Cut into squares to serve

Makes: 4 servings, 2 cups each
1 lb!. lean ground beef
2 cups chopped green peppers (about 2 peppers)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jar (26 oz!.) spaghetti sauce
1-2/3 cups water
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into quarters
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
BROWN meat in large (4-qt!.) saucepan on medium heat; drain!.
ADD peppers, garlic, spaghetti sauce, water and dressing; bring to boil!. Stir in noodles; reduce heat to medium-low!. Cover!.
COOK, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 min!. or until noodles are tender!. Remove from heat!. Sprinkle with cheese!. Cover; let stand 5 min!. or until cheese is melted!.
California Chicken Delight
3/4 cup flour
1 T!. Old Bay Seasoning
1 t!. salt
1/4 t!. pepper
4 fresh or individually fresh frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T!. oil
1/4 pound thinly sliced Prosciutto or deli style ham
1/4 pound sliced Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
IN a shallow dish, combine flour, seasoning, salt and pepper!. Coat chicken
breasts in flour mixture!. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook chicken
in oil for 20 minutes or until juices run clear!. Turn once during cooking!.
(Internal temperature should read 170!.) Place one slice ham and one slice cheese
on each breast!. Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 2 minutes!. Makes 4
servings!. Note: Cooking time given is for fresh chicken!. If using frozen
chicken, remove protective ice glaze by holding under cool running water 1-2 minutes
and allow additional time for cooking!.

4-6 pork chops
1 (12 ounce) can 7-Up or Sprite soda
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Put pork chops in a baking dish!. Cover with soda!. Sprinkle onion soup on top!. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 60 minutes!.
Serve over hot, cooked rice!.
NOTE: Chicken may be used instead of pork chops

2lbs!.Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1cup Carrots, chopped
1cup Celery, chopped
1mediumOnion, chopped
1packet Good Seasons Garlic & Herb dressing mix
1cup Milk
2 containers Pillsbury biscuits
Preheat oven to 350o
Put olive oil in non-stick frying pan Cut chicken into 1" cubes and cook in
olive oil until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes)
Add carrots, celery and onion and cook until tender (about 10 minutes)
Stir in Good Seasons mix and milk, bring just to a boil, simmer five minutes
stirring occasionally
Pour all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with
cooking spray
Cover ingredients with Pillsbury biscuits
Bake for around 20 minutes!.

2 6-ounce skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/2 tomato -- sliced
1 medium baking potato -- sliced
1 small carrot -- sliced
1 stalk celery -- sliced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cut two 15 x 12-inch pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil; place a chicken
breast in center of each!. Top with onion and remaining ingredients!. Wrap
well; place on baking sheet!. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour!.

Sweet & Sour Pork!.
250g Pork Schnitzel!. (sliced)
1T Oil!.
1t Ginger!. (minced)
2 Spring Onions!. (sliced)
400g Stir fry vegetables!.
125g Sweet and sour sauce!.
? C Pineapple pieces!. (drained)
2T Cashews!. (toasted)
Cook the pork strips in a portion of the oil and set aside!.
Add rest of the oil, stir fry ginger and onion 2-3 minutes and add the stir fry veggies and stir fry for a few minutes tossing continuously 2-3 minutes !.
Pour over the sweet and sour sauce and a little water, stir to combine and reduce heat!.
Cook for about 4minutes and return pork, add pineapple and stir together until hot!.
Serve over cooked noodles or fluffy white rice and a garnish of the cashews!.
