Answers:
One Bowl Vanilla Cup Cake
(note:only recipe has been changed for ONE cupcake not baking time or temp!.)
5 1/3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 teaspoons shortening (very soft but not melted, Crisco is best)
2 teaspoons half-and-half cream (or milk)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Set oven to 350 degrees F!. In a bowl, mix together the flour with sugar, baking powder and salt until combined!. Add in the shortening cream or milk, vanilla and eggs; beat on medium speed of an electric mixer scraping the bowl constantly until just blended (the batter will be thick, if desired you may add in a few more tablespoons cream or milk)!. Pour into one paper-lined regular size muffin tin filling under just three-quarters full!. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until the cupcakes test done (do not overbake as they will be dry)!. Immediately remove from pans!. Cool completely before frosting!.

Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high)!. The cake will rise over the top of the mug so don't be alarmed!. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate!.

Well, take a look at the recipe and if it calls for 12 cupcakes, just divide the measurement of each ingredient by 12 and use that amount to make one!. Or if you want an easier way just make the batch, back one and freeze the rest of the batter so if you want to make another one or two next time you can do that!. I hope this helps you out!
