All fruits - raisins, peaches, apricots, prunes, etc!. - are dried pretty much the same way!. They are put on slatted racks and sometimes sulfured (by burning sulfur under them to produce SO2) to prevent blackening, Air is allowed to circulate and they are turned from time to time until they are dry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're just naturally sun-dried!.

Take a few grapes and leave them on a plate on your window sill!. They'll dry and shrivel up just like store bought raisins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

HOW are they dried!?!?!? A ton of grapes are left out in the california sun for a few weeks!.!.and when all the water evaporates, they are wrinkly!.
