Answers:
after i season the ribs I wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and put them in the oven on 350, for an hour!. - i think it really keeps them moist!.!.!.

When they're done if you can turn your oven to Broil and crust up the Ribs!. (but keep an eye on them bc you dont want them to burn)

Hope this helps! =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use a dry rub of paprika (and smoky paprika), several types of chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, Kosher salt & pepper!. Be generous with it on the ribs !.!.!. Slow roast on a baking sheet (foil covered & sprayed with Pam) at about 300 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or so (I cover them with foil); then I uncover them and roast another 1/2 hr to 1 hour (depending on how many and how thick they are) - You can lightly baste them with BBQ sauce a few times now!. Serve with additional sauce later!.!.!.!.!.The BBQ flavor gets absorbed and baked in from the dry rub!. The actual BBQ sauce just enhances it!. If you want to put them on the grill, do that instead of the additional uncovered roasting at the end!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinade for Spareribs

1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery
5 cloves garlic
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh sage

Mix the onion, celery, and garlic together!. Combine the oil, vinegars, pepper and sage and add to vegetables!. Soak spareribs over night in marinade for best results!. Save marinade!.

BAR-B-QUE PORK SPARE RIBS

BAR-B-QUE SAUCE:
2 c!. ketchup
2 tsp!. salt
1/2 c!. cider vinegar
1/4 c!. steak sauce
1/4 c!. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp!. oil
1 tbsp!. hot sauce
3 tbsp!. brown sugar
1/2 c!. water

Put pork ribs in baking dish and add two cups of liquid from the marinade!. Cover dish with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours!. Using less heat when cooking meats will prevent them from being tough; if you have a pressure cooker or a crock pot by all means use them to cook the ribs until tender!. Next, let the ribs cool enough that your BBQ sauce remains thick and doesn’t run when applied!. Place ribs on a cookie sheet or pizza pan [I use aluminum foil to save on clean up]; and coat one side of ribs with a generous amount BBQ sauce and put under 350 degree broiler for 7-10 minutes, or until BBQ sauce caramelizes!. Repeat process on the other side!. Let ribs cool for 5 minutes before serving on a warm platter!.

If you would like add the following ingredients to the drained marinade to make Ranchero Beans for a side dish!.

1/2 pound sliced bacon, cut crosswise in 1/2-inch pieces
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 jalapeno chili pepper seeded, ribbed and chopped
1 (14-ounce) can chopped tomatoes with liquid
1 (12-ounce) can pinto beans, washed and drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Heat a large skillet over high heat for 2 minutes!. Add the bacon and fry until crispy, about 6 minutes, stirring frequently!. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, discard all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat!. Add the bay leaves, oregano, cumin, celery, onions, chili pepper, tomatoes and beans to the skillet!. Cook the beans on a low flame for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally!.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees!. Season your spareribs with salt and granualted garlic on both sides!. Put the ribs on a baking sheet (easier to clean if you put parchment paper on top of the baking sheet before you cook the ribs)!. Every 10-15 minutes, brush some bbq sauce (Masterpiece Original)!. Depending on the size of the spareribs, it should be done between 1-1!.5 hours!. My in-laws and husband love this!. They don't know that the sauce is from a bottle!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook your ribs on low heat (200) for about 2-3 hours in a covered baking dish!. I season mine with a dry rub of salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder!.

When they are out of the oven they are pretty tender but not totally there!. This is exactly what you want!. Baste with sauce and throw them on a medium grill for 10 minutes or so per side to stick on the sauce!. Then carve and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spare ribs are highly "marbled"!. That means they're high in fat!. When you cook (regardless of the method you use), a lot of fat will be rendered out!. Some people boil them for a half to an hour first!. Some just put on the BBQ or in the oven for a few hours!. Try that!. I would go 2 and 1/2 hours at 300 to 325 F!. Then do your sauce wipe and finish!. (Personally, I don't like to sauce while cooking!. BBQ sauce is high in sugar, and sugar BURNS in high heat!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinate the ribs in bbq sauce overnight!. Cook the ribs at about 250 degrees for 2 - 2 1/2 hours!. After the first hour, drain the pan of any fat/juices!. Drain again and add bbq sauce about 10-15 minutes before they are done cooking!. This will keep the sauce from getting watered down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i bake mine with a lid about 2 hours then take a couple hot pad's and pour the liquid out then put the bbq sauce on with out a lid and brush it on and cook it a little can also cook the bbq sauce on stove then pour it over meatWww@FoodAQ@Com

I use high heat to start, and then reduce the heat to slow, and use the juices to baste the ribs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

one way you can do is first boil the ribs than put in oven and cook with bbq sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com
