Do you know any meals which are easy and quick to cook?!

Question: Do you know any meals which are easy and quick to cook!?
I have tried a little cooking from books, many years ago I used to cook a lot of quick junk food like "Sausage Beans and Chips"

I had several favourite meals like "Bangers and Mash"!. Many years ago I moved on to "Pasta Dishes" anyway the real question is how many people actually read the full question on yahoo answers!. If you are one of the smarter people who do, please respond with "Cheese Dish"!. If you are not

Please tell me what dish I should cook and enjoy eating!

And (just for you) is a recipe for a cheese dish aka macaroni cheese!. It's yummy!

40g/1? plain flour
600ml/1pint 1?fl oz milk

Method
1!. Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes; drain well and set aside!.
2!. Melt the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan slightly larger than that used for the macaroni!. Add the flour and stir to form a roux, cooking for a few minutes!.
