Answers:
a really simple one is to mix freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice to taste and leave them in the juice for a while then just cook it however you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a package of dry onion soup over it (especially good on a whole chicken)!. Lawry's makes great marinades, and you might like the Baja Chipolte!. In fact, Tom Thumb and Kroger have storebrand marinade (in a bottle like Lawry's) and my very favorite is the Spicy Tropical Mango!. That would be a totally different taste for you:) !.!.!.!.!.!.I have alot of fresh herbs outside, and use just olive oil with chopped fresh basil, oregano, sage & rosemary alot!.!.!.!.!.Another "spice" you might want to keep on hand, is a shaker container of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (or Zatarain's)!. I use it on just about everything!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 can coconut milk
2 T Peanut Butter
2 T Red Curry Paste (in the ethnic section of the grocery)
1 tsp!. sugar (or brown sugar)
Dash salt
Red chili flakes if you have them!

Heat in a sauce pan the coconut milk, peanut butter, curry paste and sugar and salt!. Mix mix mix until combined!.
Taste and re-season!. Slice chicken and put it in the sauce!.

Serve with sliced steamed veggies like broccoli, peas, sugar snap peas, red bell peppers, eggplant (roasted eggplant), etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
