What can I make with oven-Baked pork chops?!

Mashed potato casserole
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
Italian Seasoning
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 small bell pepper, sliced thin
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
2 cups grated Cheddar
4 medium potatoes, cooked
6-8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
Spread mashed potatoes evenly on bottom of casserole dish!. Layer sour cream evenly over top!. Sprinkle House Seasoning, to taste!. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter; evenly layer over top of sour cream!. Slice potatoes and layer over onions and bell peppers!. Add butter!. Sprinkle House seasoning!. Finally top with cheese!. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes!. Remove from oven and crumble bacon over top!.
Leftover mashed potatoes work wonderfully in this recipe

2-3 cans of mushrooms
1 package of frozen peas
8 oz heavy cream
Parmesan cheese (as much as you like)
Bow Tie pasta
Take the onion and saute it in enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan!. Add the mushrooms and frozen peas!. Cook until the onions are translucent and the peas are cooked!. Then add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese add a little bit of cornstarch so that it becomes thick!. Boil the pasta drain it and add it to the sauce mixture toss and serve!.

2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
? tsp!. toasted sesame oil
Coarse salt to taste
4 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally (both white and green parts)
4 garlic cloves, minced
5 oz!. ham, thinly sliced and chopped (can use cooked chicken, pork, or shrimp as well)
4 cups cold cooked rice
3 Tbsp!. rice vinegar
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp!. oil, swirling to coat!. Beat eggs, with 2 tsp!. water and ? tsp!. coarse salt!. Cook in skillet, moving cooked eggs aside gently to allow raw eggs to run in their place, about 2 minutes!. Transfer to plate; when cool enough to handle, cut into strips!.
In same skillet, heat remaining Tbsp!. vegetable oil and sesame oil!. Add garlic and scallions, heat and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute!. Add ham and rice, season with salt, and cook until very hot, stirring often, about 5 minutes!. Add vinegar, peas, and eggs, cook until very hot, about 2 minutes!.
