2 tbsp finely-chopped onion
vegetable stock to saute
1/2 pack (150g, 5oz) plain tofu (not silken), grated
1/8 tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp dried dill
salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Using a non-stick pan, gently saute the onion in a little vegetable
stock until softened but not browned!.
Add the tofu and stirfry for about another 10 minutes!.
Meanwhile, mix garlic granules and dill with a few tbsp waterSeason with of salt and pepper!.
Apple-raisin- cake
2cups rice flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
mix in blender until almost smooth:
1 cup soy or rice milk
1 cup applesauce
2 small overripe(nearly black is best) bananas
1/2 cup chopped, pitted dates
1 egg
6 tablespoons water
2 small apples, diced
toss apples into the flour mix, pour in the blended stuff, mix gently just until evenly mixed, pour into the prepared pan, smooth out the top, sprinkle nuts over all, and bake for about 30 minutes, or until sides begin to pull away from pan or a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean!.

110g/4oz Soft Margarine
4oz of Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
50g/4oz Glace Cherries
25g/2oz Ground Almonds
2 drops Almond essence
1!. Pre-heat Oven to 180oc/350of or
Gas Mark 4!.
2!. Mix all the ingredients together for
2 minutes
3!. Divide the Mixture into Muffin Cases
(should make 10 muffins)!.
4!. Bake for Approx 20 minutes!.

I've been eating gluten-free for about a month now!. I have just been eating meat and veggies and eggs and nuts!. I just decided it was easier than trying to make food be what it wasn't meant to be!. But I'll follow this to see what others say!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Stick to meat potatoes and vegetables!. Use Knorr stock cubes!. Use rice flour to replace wheat flour for example!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
