Answers:
It can be fairly easy!. You will need to find fresh sardines at a market!. Get a pan, add olive oil, chop up some garlic and sage and add to hot oil!. Let this brown slightly then add your sardines!. Let these fry until they are cooked then you will take one can of tomato paste and one can of tomato sauce (I usually get the super tiny cans but if you like the sauce, you can add the regular size cans!.) Let this stew for about 5 minutes!. I would normally take the five minutes to slice some bread and pop those in the oven, get an egg and semi fry them in another pan leaving the yolk runny!. Add the egg on top of the toast, add the sardines in tomato sauce and if I've got any extra cheese around, I'll sprinkle that on top or I will put some herbs and light truffle oil!. Very delightful!Www@FoodAQ@Com

why would you want to eat this!? But just get a can of tomatoes sauce like they have the ones with garlic and peppers and just add the sardines only to warm because the sardines will become really mushy if you cook them just heat them!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think you could add both to a frying pan and cook them that way, with a dash of S & P, and some Worcestershire sauce!.
They would need to be cooked, until the bones soften!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
