Question: I'm looking for a recipe for peanut butter balls!.!?
The ingredients are creamy peanut butter, honey, wheat germ, and nonfat dry milk powder!. I can' t remember the quantities because I lost my recipe which was saved in my old computer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

1/3 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey

Place ingredients into food blender in the order listed!.

Turn on and blend until mixture is evenly mixed and crumbly looking!.

Use a small melon ball scoop to make the peanut butter balls!. Push the peanut butter mixture in there so its nice and compact like brown sugar!.

put onto a plate or in a container and put in the fridge!. You can eat them right away but they are really good after they've sat in the fridge for a little while!. Enjoy!

also you can roll the balls in additional wheat germ for an even crunchier ball!.

Ingredients:
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, cubed
4 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups crisp rice cereal
4 cups (24 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shortening
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and butter!. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth!. Remove from the heat!.
In a large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and cereal!. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal; toss to coat!. Roll into 1-in!. balls; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets!. Refrigerate until chilled!.
In a microwave-safe dish or measuring cup, melt chocolate chips and shortening!. Dip balls in chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip off!. Return to baking sheets; refrigerate until set!. Yield: about 5-1/2 dozen!.

BEST PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups corn flakes

Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly!. Boil for ONLY 3 minutes (any longer the balls will be hard)!.
Remove from heat!. Stir in peanut butter!. Pour over corn flakes and mix!. Wait a few minutes, then roll into balls!.

OR

CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

2 c!. peanut butter
1 lb!. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
3 c!. Rice Krispies

Mix well!. Make into small balls!. Chill thoroughly!.
In top of double boiler melt:


1 (6 oz!.) pkg!. chocolate chips
1/8 cake paraffin

OR

HONEY - PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
1 cup flaked coconut (optional)

Combine honey, peanut butter, non-fat dry milk, and cereal!.
Spread coconut evenly on wax paper or plastic wrap!. Shape dough into small balls and roll in coconut to coat!.

Place balls on plastic wrap and refrigerate!.

White Karo syrup may be used in place of the honey or substitute 1/2 honey and 1/2 Karo syrup!.

Peanut Butter Balls

1 Cup Wheat germ
? Cup Peanut Butter
? Cup Honey
? Cup Nonfat Dry Milk
2 Tablespoons Finely chopped peanuts

Optional- Sesame seeds
Toasted Coconut flakes

Pre-heat oven to325 degrees Farenheit
Spread wheat germ in a shallow pan!. Bake about 2 minutes!. Stirring every 30 seconds, until lightly toasted!. remove and cool!.
Mix the wheat germ, peanut butter, honey and dry milk!. Stir in the peanuts!.
Form mixture into 1 inch balls and if desired, roll in either sesame seeds or toasted coconut until well coated!. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours)
