How do you make curd/yoghurt,?!


Question: How do you make curd/yoghurt,!?
the way to make it is to mix a little curd with warm milk, and let it stay in a warm place!. My question is if u dont have curd, can u still make it!? How do you think the first curd was made!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can do this wayalso!.!.!.Boil Milk and allow it to cool so that it is luke warm then add one red chilli or about 2 grams of tamarind then allow it to set!.!.!.you will get curd after about 4 or 5 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They have yogurt starter, you can get them from supermarket or cake supply shop, warm the milk add yogurt starter and keep in warm place!. If you want to make curd (when you want to mix in banana cake batter) just warm the milk add some lime juice/ vinegar !. It will turn curd in no time!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Im not 100% sure but I think the first curd was made when milk was curdled by acid in the atmosphere or maybe acid was dropped into milk accidentally!. That's how I think the first curd was made!. Its easy to try!. Just add some vinegar that has Acetic acid into milk and leave for 15-30 minutes!. It will eventually curdle but I don't think that's good for eating!

There is some bacteria called Lactobacillus Bacteria that converts milk into curd and due to its presence the first curd was made!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
