I'm a tad scared of my idea for meatloaf. Any suggestions?!
I don't know if it's me or not, but does lean ground beef, ground italian sage sausage and blue cheese sound like a strange start for a meatloaf!? Any other ideas!? I'm usually quite courageous in the kitchen, but not today!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For more flavor and a juicier meatloaf, add about 1/4 cup of tomato juice, wine, beer, or broth for each pound of meat!.
Bake in muffin tins or mini-loaf pans for individual servings!.
Use leftovers sliced in sandwiches or crumbled in sauces or chili!.
mix up a some hetchup and brown sugar, it makes a wonderful tasting glaze if you coat the top in the last 10 minutes of baking!.
Add a cup of grated or shredded cheese to the meatloaf and top with more cheese about 10 minutes before it's done!.
Replace liquids with red wine or dark beer!.
Make the finished meatloaf extra fancy by frosting with mashed potatoes and topping with cheese; return to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted!.

Sorry, but those combinations does not sound good!. Try putting some different spices instead of the cheese!. When I make meatloaf (Which by coincidence I am having tomorrow) I use:
1 1/2 - 2lbs of Ground Turkey - Has less fat too!
1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
1 egg
Adobo ( It is a seasoning)
Then after combining all of the ingredients, I glaze it with Ketchup!. Cook it and eat it!
Oh man, if you pair this with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and some broccoli that is steamed with butter and pepper,(Even if you have some crushed almonds you could throw int his dish) you will have an awesome meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The combination sounds like a sauce for pasta to me!.But it may make a wonderful meatloaf!.Try it and see!.All recipes have to start with a first time!.Some are a success, some are failures!.All you can do is try it!.You may have the latest and greatest meatloaf recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Trust your instincts!.!.!. it sounds yummy!. You can always mix up a couple of teaspoons of the combo and microwave it to taste it!. It's pretty hard to go wrong with a meatloaf, actually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't like the blue cheese in there at all!. If you want cheese with Italian sausage, use grated provolone or mozzarella!. also add an egg and some Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs!.!.!.!.!.!.!.The blue cheese will just make it taste like moldy meatWww@FoodAQ@Com
I think i'd drop the cheese!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm not a fan of blue cheese so I wouldn't add that, but maybe feta if it were me!. The rest sounds real good though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
