Question: What does a convection oven look like!?

Answers:
A convection oven could look exactly like a non-convection oven!.

The only difference is the way they distribute heat!. Convection ovens use fans to circulate air through the oven space!. This may cause food to dry out faster, and loose food particles like seasoning may get blown around!. Cooking cheesecake, for example, may distort the surface!. Most modern convection ovens allow you to turn the fan off!.

Non-convection ovens have no fan!. The heat emanates from the heating element and rises, but doesn't circulate the way it would if a fan were blowing air around!.

Convection ovens tend to be noisier because of the fan, although some aren't as loud as others!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
