Answers:
I would cut the ribs in small cubes & brown with salt & pepper, onions & garlic with a little oil & sautee some mushrooms & then add about 2 TBLS!. of soy sauce & place in a crock pot or a regular pot if you don't have a crock pot & cook with about 2 cups of water on low for about 3 hours in the crock pot & about 1 1/2 hours in a regular pot!. if want the sauce thick, in about 1/2 a cup of cold water mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of corn starch & after mixed pour into meat mixture!. When done, you can add some frozen veggies of your choice & cook for about 15 minutes you can serve over white rice or noodles!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try shredding the meat and making open faced pulled pork sandwiches!. All you need is the shredded meat (do this with a fork) and some bread and BBQ sauce!. Warm them in the micro!. But it's not going to feed 5 people!. I don't think that amount will!. Depending on how you feel about it, e-mail me with what else you have and I'll try to help!.

I'd mince the rib meat (even chop it fine), fry it up quick, and add it to some pasta sauce!. The meat would flavor the sauce, and you don't need much at all!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could cut the meat up and add it to a rice dish or a soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
