I feel like I make the same things all the time, help me diversify...?!

Question: I feel like I make the same things all the time, help me diversify!.!.!.!?
My husband is very picky, kinda like a kid!. He likes pizza, tacos, pasta(lasagna, manicotti, gnocchi), grilled cheese and tomato, hot dogs and mac and cheese!. I hate making this kind of food because I love to cook especially gourmet!. He doesn't like too many veggies!. I would love some simple dinner ideas (he hates sloppy joes, stuffed peppers, not too many pork products)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
