Is it ok to freeze this carrot cake I just baked?!

Question: Is it ok to freeze this carrot cake I just baked!?
I just baked a carrot/zucchini cake - it does contain eggs!. Is it ok to freeze some of it to use next week!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Absolutely, you can!. Before you freeze, make sure the cake is thoroughly cooled!. Wrap in plastic wrap (tightly), then wrap in aluminum foil!. Put in a plastic freezer bag!. When it's time to eat it (next week!?), bring it out about one hour prior to eating and unwrap it!. It will warm to room temperature in about an hour!.

If you do freeze it, you may have to warm it up to eat it, so their that problem, and I think a cake isn't suppose to taste warm!. Or you can always just put it in the fridge like the rest of the food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

perfectly fine!. FREEZE IT!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
