my friend that went to china told me that when she was at a resturaant in china, she saw some people order up some monkey brains and what they did was they first brought an ALIVE money to the table and placed it on the table!. in the table there was a hold in the middle so just the monkeys head is shown and the body is below the table!.
then they cut the monkeys head open and the brains were shown while the monkey was screaming so loud!. then they pourd hot water in the brains while it was ALIVE and SCREAMING!. the people would then eat the brains with chopsticks!.!.!.!. =/

No I haven't eaten monkey brains!.!. In China they eat monkey brains!.!. When i still worked for my old company !.!. a former colleague of mine often did business with China!.!. he says!.!. if you pay not much for a meal you get the type of Chinese food you would get in USA or in any other country!.!. but if you pay a lot of money!.!. you get a speciality which happens to be monkey brains!.!. no I don't want to try it either as my silly nickname my husband gave me is monkey!.!. and I believe I still need my brain!.!. I also have not eaten horse flesh and I don't think I want to!.!.!.!. In the war time!.!.
