you will need to add butter to the melted chocolate, also works as a VERY nice glaseWww@FoodAQ@Com
First solution is to top the sponge cake with chocolates!.
Second solution is to slice your sponge cake into two layers!. And spread the melted chocolate in between of the 2 layers and close it!.
Third solution is to bake two separated cakes!. Spread the melted chocolates in between and close it!.
Forth solution is use the center hollow cake pan!. When the cake is cool, remove and brush the chocolate at the center hollow!.
For the spread, melt the chocolate blocks on very low flame!. Then off the fire!.
Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make ganache! It is easy and sooooooooooooooooo good!.
You'll need 1 cup heavy cream and a bunch of chocolate broken into pieces!.
Put the chocolate (about 3 cups!?) into a blender or food processor!.
Heat the heavy cream on the stove until almost boiling!. Don't boil, just get very hot!.
Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate and wait 1 minute, don't move!.
Then, blend on high for about 45 seconds!.
Pour into a dish and chill for about 2 hours!.
It makes this thick and creamy delicious goodness that your friend will die over!.
(Putting the chocoloate in the mix probably won't work, could cause your cake to not rise properly!. You'd need cocoa powder!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
