How can I make better bread in my bread machine?!
I recently had to get a different bread machine!. I am using the same recipe!. However the bread is not as "fluffy" as it was in the other machine!. Is it just the machine or do I need to adjust the recipe for it!? If so, what do I need to do to make it better!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My son brought me a bread machine and no instructions for it!. It was a small challenge to learn to use it!.
http://www!.bettycrocker!.com has some really good generic recipes but all have to be adjusted to the machine we are using!.
I have discovered that the machine my son brought does not require bread flour or extra gluten for good fluffy bread!. It is quite crumbly after it cools completely however!. I slice it all while it is still warm so it will slice better!.
It appears to be a matter of experimenting with the ingredients until we get the product we want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's probably the machine, they all work a little differently!. It may not be giving as much time for the dough to rise before baking as your old machine!. See if you can adjust the proofing time or maybe add a little more yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
maybe after a few uses the new machine will work ok!.!.!.try adjusting the cooking time before the actual recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com
