Question: Does anyone have dirt cake recipes!?
When I was little, I had dirt cake and on those days, I'd swear that I had found heaven!. But, the one I had used something white in the recipe -- not just chocolate pudding and oreos!. What is your recipe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This one is ABSOLUTELY delicious:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 (3!.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
32 ounces chocolate sandwich cookies with creme filling

Chop cookies very fine in food processor!. The white cream will disappear!.
Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl!.
In a large bowl mix milk, pudding and whipped topping together!.
Combine pudding mixture and cream mixture together!.
Layer in flower pot, starting with cookies then cream mixture!. Repeat layers!.
Chill until ready to serve!.
Add artificial flower and trowel!. Enjoy!
serves 10!.

the white is the filling in the Oreo cookies!.

toss the oreos in the blender to crush them up then add to chocolate cake mix like you would nuts or chips or anything else that is an addition to the cake mixes!.

bake your dirt cake in washed lined terra cotta plant pots!. blend more crushed oreos into the icing and have some to sprinkle over the top!.

to get the custard or pudding into the middle of the cakes, get a kitchen baster and insert it into the center of the cake and inject the custard before putting the frosting on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

DIRT CAKE

1 pkg!. Oreo cookies
1 pkg!. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm!. Cool Whip
Gummy worms
Candy rocks
Artificial flowers

Blend cookies in blender to make coarse crumbs!. Prepare pudding according to package directions!. Fold pudding into Cool whip!.
Put 1/2 cookie crumbs in a new, clean flower pot or plastic bowl!. Place pudding over layer of crumbs!. Top with remaining crumbs!.

Garnish with a few gummy worms and candy rocks

Stick into "dirt cake" a bunch of silk flowers!. Use as centerpiece, then remove flowers and spoon into dishes to eat!. Keep refrigerated until used on table

same recipe as the other gals but use vanilla pudding and vanilla sandwich cookies instead!. We used to put gummy worms in it too, sort of sticking out here and there!. The other white thing may have been cool-whip!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
