Bread them and fry them then toss is hot wing sauce, and eat in a sandwich, plain, or on top of a salad with bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, and maybe avacados, or in a tortilla wrap!.

Grill and do the same as above but with out the hot wing sauce (or toss in the sauce if you choose!.)

Marinate in a mix of soy sauce, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, and rice wine vinegar, for about 30 min to a couple of hours!. Drain off the marinade and lay on a parchment paper lined baking sheet!. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve in a salad with mandarine oranges, sliced almonds, chow mein noodles, and an Asain tosated sesame dressing!.

Make enough for left overs then saute with onions, broccoli, carrot sticks, and cooked bow tie pasta!. Add a drop or 2 more of the Asian dressing and a quick splash of soy sauce!.

Chicken salad:

Cooked chicken-shredded
mayo green onions
celery salt
red grapes cut in 1/2

Slice up and add to pasta with atrichoke hearts, olives, capers, sliced olives and fresh grated parmesan cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shake 'n Bake if you want it simple!. Just cut (with the grain) boneless chicken breasts into strips, Tass with Shake 'n Bake, arrange on a baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees or so!.

Another thing I do with boneless chicken breasts is teriyaki!. I slice the breasts in half (make two thin breasts) and marinade in teriyaki overnight than grill, bake, or pan-fry the breasts!.

My wife likes them slice in two, marinaded in Italian dressing and then pan-fried!. She then dices the chicken and places them in a wrap or pita bread with ranch dressing and diced cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce!.

Edit: I guess someone doesn't like Shake 'n Bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you tried breaded almond, parmesean chicken tenders!. They are really good and super easy!. Take about 3 handful of bread crumbs, a small pasckage of slivered or chopped almonds (you can get these in the baking isle)!.!.!.prob like a 4oz package and then a good handful of parmesean cheese!. Throw it all in a blender and blend it for a few seconds!. Take a couple of eggs and whip them up in a bowl to make the glue for your bread crumb mixture!. S&P the chicken tender dunk it in the breadcrumb mixture and then fry them up in a hot skillet of EVO!. It is SUPER yummy and goes really well with a nice side of marina noodles!. Good Luck~Www@FoodAQ@Com
