i need healthy/low cal snacks for skl!. any ideas!? 100 points for best answerWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Carrot sticks, or a mix of celery, bell pepper, and carrot sticks!.
Grapes
bring a little container of salsa and some tortilla chips (separately)
Look for granola/cereal bars that are 120 calories or less, lots of them are!. You can even take the skim milk pudding cups that are like 90 calories, but they do have a lot of sugar
Bake mini muffins at home, use a healthy recipe with some whole wheat flour, and add some carrots to a plain recipe, makes it taste a little like carrot cake but not as sweet
Box of raisins or the 100 cal packs of Craisins!.!.!. Or make a mix of dried fruits like apricots, banana chips, papaya chunks, etc
Canned pineapple, there are individual serving cans you can get (or put in tupper ware)
Applesauce, add some cinnamon to make it more interesting
Homemade fruit salad
A banana!
Orange or grapefruit sections!.!.!.!.

This list goes on!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well you can use an assortment of different types of healthy low cal snacks!. Strawberries is one of them!. Something you could take in a small tuberware container would be avacado-strawberrie salad, its actually really good AND really good for you!. Another thing that a lot of people suggest is cottage cheese along with fruit such as peaches, strawberries, etc!. its a good snack too and helps with not only the healthy natural sugars but also with some calcium!. Something you want to avoid is 100 calorie packs of things like Chips!Ahoy, because they really arent that great for you despite what they say!. Nature Valley has great nutrition bars, they are like granola bars, I really like their Sweet and Salty peanut one!. But there are many things, not just friends and granola bars, also consider what you are going to need, the essentials you will need to boost yourself on that will increase your health and will reduce issues in your digestive function so its less of a worry for you whether the snack is low cal or not!. Things like dried apricots are also a good snack!. Assorted nuts (non salted) with things like raisins are also good for you!. You can also freeze some blueberries the night before and take those, frozen to school and eat them as a snack, healthy and delicious!. Hope that helps!.!.!.
