If you don't like the lumpy stuff, just don't use it!. Avocados are good smashed up all by themselves!. My sister, long ago, visiting home after living in south Texas decided to make guacamole but really didn't know how!. She mashed the avocados and added mayonnaise!. It was uncommonly good and very smooth and 10 zillion calories!.
And don't forget the lemon juice to keep it from turning unslghtly colors on you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make it with very ripe ovacados, just mush them up!. Then you can use a grater to grate onion and garlic into it, also jalapenos if you like spicy!. Grating it all keeps it smooth!.!.!.it's very yummy!!. Some lemon juice at the end is good too!. (I'd use about 1 clove of garlic per avacado)Www@FoodAQ@Com

teh best guacamole ive tasted, and done,is by blending the guacamole with normal cream, and when it is creamy, you add it tomatoe, cilantro and onion!.!.!.!.you can mix it with green/red hot sauce or use jalape?os when you blend it,to be spicy!.!.!.!.that's the best thing for carnes asadas (bbq's)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can't make guacamole without tomatoes and cilantro, so I'm going to pretend that you didn't say that!. That's like saying I'm going to have a hamburger w/ no patty!.

Cut two avocados that are very soft, remove pits and whip in the bowl!. Whip it, not just break it up w/ a fork! Two tablespoons sour cream, two tablespoons salsa (you can cheat that way), half a lemon juice and salt!.

Don't you ever put garlic in Mexican food, you heathen!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not sure if you would call it quacomole but i love mashing some advacado with some sour cream mixed in with a little salt a pepper to taste!. A little bit of salsa is nice too but since you dont like tomatos maybe if its just the chunks you arent fond of just put a little of the sauce through it!.
