Has anyone ever baked eggs instead hard boiling them for an egg salad?!

That sure would be easier than peeling all of those eggs!.
I hope it works for you!.!.!.but, yeah, poke the yolks with a knife or fork!. Don't scramble, but poke!. Then let the eggs cool fully in the fridge!.
I hope the eggs don't brown though!.!.!.!.

I would think the eggs should be room temperature before you put them in the oven so they wouldn't crack from the heat difference, but maybe that's just me!.
They say that they're much harder to peel that way!. For egg salad, you may want to stick to boiling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you try this you had better poke a hole in each egg, otherwise they will probably explode in your oven!. that would be one hell of a mess to clean up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
