I haven't eaten pork in 20 years. That said, my son keeps asking me to make pork chops for him. What are some ?!

Smear pork chops with brown spicy mustard then flour them, brown in frying pan in oil!. When done, put in a baking dish and pour a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup over the top, cover and bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes - serve with rice or potatoes!.

No Fuss Porkchops
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Hot cooked noodles, optional
Directions:
In a skillet, cook pork chops in oil until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes!. Add the onions; cook until tender!. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar and salt; pour over pork chops!. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 15 minutes!. Serve over noodles if desired!. Yield: 4 servings!.

I pour Little Italian dressing over them grill them if you have a grill pan , or bake them in the oven until done serve with roasted red skin potato's and prehaps a saladWww@FoodAQ@Com
