Question: What is a good marinade for chicken!?
I want to marinade chicken breasts over night,,,,then cook them in my slow cooker tomorrow!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.thanks for helping me?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use EVOO, freshly minced garlic, freshly chopped ginger, kosher salt and some freshly ground pepper!.

Buttermilk or brine (sugar and salt and pickling spices in enough water to cover the chicken, or a spicy rub!.

Or, cover the chicken in orange juice and orange slices and pour the whole lot into the pot the next day, and simmer until done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Zest and juice of one lemon
2 cloves garlic minced or grated
2 Tbs!. minced parsley
1/4 c!. olive oil
2 Tbs!. balsamic vinegar

About 1 or 2 Tbs!. freshly grated ginger

zest and juice of one lime

To one whole chicken, mix some Long Island Ice (a fifth), 1 cup Barbeque sauce (Hickory brown sugar) I cup of dark brown sugar!. Measurements will vary per pound of chicken!. This will make a really good glaze also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like olive oil, crushed fresh garlic, a bit of cider vinegar and some freshly squeezedime juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
