Answers:
One thing to think about, is if the crust is going to get soggy while it's being stored!?

You might look into freezing them, and then thawing them overnight in the fridge, the night before the party!. If you wrap them really well with plastic wrap, I would think you could freeze them for a couple weeks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To refrigerate your cheesecake:

Wrapped in plastic, your cheesecake will last three days in the refrigerator!. If you have an airtight container that you can put it in, it’ll last five days!.

To freeze your cheesecake:

Freeze individual slices and then wrap them in foil or plastic and place them in heavy freezer-type plastic bags!. Slices will last for three weeks!. You can freeze an entire cheesecake and it will last four to six weeks!. Always store your frozen cheesecake in the freezer, not in the freezing compartment of your refrigerator where it is not as cold!.

To unthaw your cheesecake:

Thaw your cheesecake overnight in the refrigerator!. In a rush, individual slices can be unthawed on the counter in thirty minutes!.

I wouldn't do them more than 2 days ahead, for optimal freshness!. You can just put plastic wrap around them, but if you have a topping - you can stick toothpicks around it and then loosely cover with plastic wrap!. If you have a tupperware cake carrier (and it will fit in the refrigerator), that'd be the best way!. Plus, no one will see it and start nibbling on it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well!? If your husband is like me!. The best way to store and cover them would be a sturdy metal cover with a padlock on it!. to prevent me from eating it!. ---The cheese cake BandettWww@FoodAQ@Com

homemade cheesecake freezes extremly well!. but if u dont want to freeze it, then a week would be tops on the length without it starting to taste like refrigerator!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

as long as the filling isn't hard its eatable Www@FoodAQ@Com
