Question: When baking dishes at the same time, can i increase the temp!?
I have four dishes in the oven is it ok to increase the temperature!? Or should I bake lounger!.!.!.(apple pie and stuffed peppers)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on what the dishes are and how much you increase it!. If you let the oven preheat long enough, it shouldn't matter how many dishes you have in there, especially if they're all at room temp when you put them in!. You might want to rotate them up and down halfway through cooking so that the top rack doesn't cook more than the bottom rack (heat rises)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't increase the temp!. You probably won't need to increase the timer, either!. Start off w/ your peppers covered in foil; they'll probably take about as long as the apple pie (if scratch, about an hour)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NEVER increase the temp!. It is set to allow baked foods to cook through without burning the outside!. You may have to increase the time a little, but not much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have to bake at the lowest temperature of your dishes!.
