Question: What is reheating in cooking!?
And what food recipes do we use reheating with!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Reheating is exactly what it sounds like!. You cook something, cool it off, and then heat it again!. For example, you might reheat leftovers the next day!. There are other dishes, such as certain braised meats or stews, where you cool them off in order to let the fat float to the top and coagulate!. Then you skim it off before reheating in order to make the dish leaner and less greasy!. Many dishes, like lasagna or baked beans, actually taste better reheated because the flavors have had a chance to meld together during the cooling off period!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
