Easy stir fry:
Fry the steak, seasoning it with salt, pepper, garlic and any other flavors you like in a deep skillet!. Remove it from the pan and set aside!. Now, in the same skillet add diagonally sliced carrots, celery, diced onions, peppers, baby corn, mushrooms, and/or what ever other raw veggies you like, and steam them on high in about a centimeter of water seasoned to taste with powdered beef broth, until the veggies are tender!. You can keep adding a little water if it goes dry!. When the veggies are done to your liking, add the beef back and add a bottle of your favorite Oriental sauce, such as sweet and sour, honey garlic etc!. Heat until warmed and serve with rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
