How to revive a flabby red pepper?!

Question: How to revive a flabby red pepper!?
I have 2 red peppers in the fridge, they are both still good, (just bought a few days ago), they are bright red and shiny and smell great!. But they are a just a bit limp!. Is there any way to revive them!?

(I know you can crisp lettuce by putting it in cold water- is there anything can do for my peppers!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I would wash them in hot water, and then immerse them in an ice cold bath!. Let them sit in there for a long time!.!.!.!.check them and watch how the water is absorbed into the cells and firms that pepper right up!. Been there, done that!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well, celery, green onions, even some carrots and lettuce, but I think you better chop up and freeze you little peppers, cause they`ve gone off, just abit, and need immediate use or action!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you need to eat them right away!. It's telling you that they are on their way out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
