Does anyone know the recipe for making mousse using ideal milk and jelly. What size can do I use. Thank you. ?!
Answers:
juicy jelly mousse
Ingredients
1 x 135g packet jelly (any flavour)
1/2 pint evaporated milk (chill in the fridge before using)
1!. Make the jelly according to the instructions on the packet - but only add enough liquid to make half a pint of jelly!.
2!. Allow the jelly to cool but not set, then pour in the evaporated milk!.
3!. Whisk for about 5 - 10 minutes, the mixture should contain lots of bubbles!.
4!. Pour into a bowl or 4 separate glasses and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set!.

You just make up a fruit jelly according to the instructions then let it cool but before it sets you whisk in a can of evaporated milk!. Then you let it set in the fridge!.
Not sure if that is a large tin of milk or a small one but you could try the small one first to see how it works out!. If it doesn't look fluffy enough then just whisk in a second small one!. I suppose it depends how you like it!.
Hope it works!. It has been years since I made one of those and I might have to try it out myself now you have reminded me about it!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
