Question: If i multiply the recipe's serving size by 3 should i multiply the time i knead it and let it rise too!?
I'm making pretzels and the original recipe says to knead the dough for 3-5 minutes and then let it rise for 5-10 minutes!. since i'm multiplying the serving size by 3 should i do the same for the time i knead it and let it rise!?

Answers:
Knead it the same time as the original recipe!. If it is too big to do efficiently (like it is all over the place or too big to work), then divide into three manageable balls setting two aside under a damp towel while you knead the third!. You can also let them rise separately!. The rise time will be the same as regular too!.

When you are shaping the pretzles from the first, merely let the others sit there and then move on to the next as you finish!. You can add the spare dough from the previous dough to the next that you are working on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. simply just follow the original instructions although it may take a couple more minutes since it is larger in mass making more effort on your part!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. Just knead the dough until smooth and let it rise just like in the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
