Question: Need answer ASAP! Please!.!?
So, I was wondering, is it okay to bake chicken with veggies such as tomatoes, broccoli and peppers together!? or will the vegetables get contaminated!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You will be fine! Bake the chicken with the seasoning you prefer!. Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle them with a nice mixture of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs!. Slice the pepper into about eighths, and arrange them so they will catch the drippings from the chicken!. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them, and if you prefer put them on the chicken and in the chicken!. They have the most wonderful flavor and will give a little added flavor to the chicken!. Why not put some chunks of garlic with them!? I would steam the broccoli just before the chicken is done, and serve it on the side!. A nice brown rice would complete your dinner too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You will be fine no matter what you do as long as the center of the chicken is cooked to 160f!. I wouldn't add the vegetables until later in the cooking because the broccoli will lose its color and crispness!. It takes about 40 minutes to bake a chicken, add the veggies during the last 20 or so, then let them rest with the chicken for 30 minutes after its baked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Once the chicken is full cooked and both the chicken and vegetables have reached a certain temperature the possibility becomes slim to none!. If you are eating not temperature correct chicken you have a higher risk of being sick then ever cooking them together!.

Besides, cooking all those items together make a great dish, since the flavors all roast together!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nobody eats raw chicken and lives!.
Expect to fully cook your chicken and whatever is cooked with it, will also experience the same environmental temperature and time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. Just make sure the chicken is fully cooked!. If you were to prep them on the same cutting board then you would have cross contamination, that is a big no no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's fine as long as you cook the chicken completely!. If the chicken is done then the veggies will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Contaminated by what!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
