Hello, Alliete
To prepare Couscous, you basicly boil water add Couscous and turn the heat off!. Easy huh ! I actually like it just with butter as a side dish for Chicken , Fish!. It's very delicate and goes well with soft things!. It is also used in Middle Eastern foods such as "Toboullie" which is Chopped Parsley, Chopped onion, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Garlic, Olive oil, Lemon Juice and Couscous!. It's a tasty salad!.
Finely Chopped Walnuts, Raisins and Couscous is like a stuffing"GOOD"Www@FoodAQ@Com
