Easy / Simple rice recipe? Basically Uncle Ben's alternative?!

Can someone help me out with making rice quick and tastey!? Something like Uncle Ben's microwavable rice: http://www!.unclebens!.com/rice/ready-rice!.!.!.
Something simple like that without buying and cutting meat yet tastey!.

I use chicken or beef bullion cubes in the water, like 2 or 3 for 4 servings for a lot of flavor, and I add some garlic pepper and onion powder (or whatever spices are handy in the cabinet) and toss in some frozen mixed veggies!. Not too many!. I usually use this with a long grain jasmine rice!. It is easy and really good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Saffron Rice and Cranberry Pilaf
4 cups UNCLE BEN'S INFUSED Rice Saffron Flavor, cooked, hot
1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries, whole
1 cup Raisins, golden, whole
3/4 cup Almonds, natural sliced, toasted
1 1/2 tbsp!. Orange zest, microplane grate
2 1/2 tbsp!. Parsley, fresh, rough chop
Directions
Heat nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat!. Add all ingredients!.
Cook 1 minute!. (Alternative: Microwave ingredients 12 seconds for 1 portion!.)
For 1 portion: serve 1/2 cup of hot rice paired with vegetables and protein!.
Serve immediately!.
Hints
Makes a superb side dish paired with chicken, pork, turkey, or whitefish!.
If fresh oranges aren't available, substitute a splash of orange juice!.
Utilize other flavorful nuts, such as walnuts!.
Spanish rice
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
? cup onion, sliced
? medium green pepper, chopped
1? cups canned tomatoes
1 cup water
? teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1? teaspoons sugar
? cup Uncle Ben's "Converted" Rice or regular cooked rice
Directions:
Sauté the onion and bell pepper in the oil until tender!. Add the tomatoes, water, pepper, and sugar!.
Bring to a boil!.
Stir in the rice!. Reduce the heat and cover!. Cook slowly for approximately 30 minutes — until rice is tender and water is absorbed!.
Copycat "uncle Ben's" Long Grain & Wild Rice
Ingredients
1 teaspoon dry chopped onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken stock (or 2 cup water plus 1 tbsp low sodium chicken boullion granules)
1 cup long grain rice
1/3 cup dry wild rice
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Directions
1Combine all of the spices in a medium saucepan and mix thoroughly!.
2Add the both types of rice, the chicken stock and butter (if using)!.
3Bring mixture to a boil and stir to combine!.
4Cover saucepan with a lid, turn down heat to a simmer and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
