Here's one of my family's favorites:

INGREDIENTS:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
1 can (14!.5 ounce size) reduced sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
4 green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
Barbecue Sauce:
Wash and slice green onions, white bottoms only (discard green tops)
Mix garlic and white parts of green onion to a skillet and sauté for 2 minutes!. Stir in tomato paste and chicken broth and mix well!.
Increase heat to medium-high; add vinegar and honey and cook to boil!. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until sauce is reduced, about 30 minutes!. Bring sauce to room temperature!. (Can be prepared the day before and kept in refrigerator)!.

Chicken:
Put chicken in small bowl and cover with sauce for about 2 hours!.
Place grill over medium heat, and grill chicken breasts for about 3 minutes!. Turn chicken over, coat liberally with remaining sauce, and grill for a further 3 minutes or until done!.

Best of luck, Lady Luck!

Easy, chop up some fresh veg, whatever you have and whatever you think baby will eat!.
Add no salt, this is bad for baby, bad for chicken and ultimately too much is bad for mummy and daddy too!.
Add a sprinkling of herbs and open a tin of condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup and pour over!. Bake in the oven approx 25 - 30 minutes, possibly less if the chicken breasts are cut up before cooking!.

If baby can chew, all well and good, if not, whizz it up!. Serve with mash or short pasta!. Mummy and Daddy can add their own salt and pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My kids love this meal; I make it at least twice a month!. You can serve it over cous cous!. I have also thrown dried cranberries into the mix and garnished with slivered almonds!. It looks like you've done a ton of work to prepare it, but is quick to make and cook!
