Answers:
You will lose some weight to grease while cooking so the four quarter pounders to a pound theory is bunk!.

Add 1 pound of chopped onion and 1/2 pound very fine chopped celery!.

You can get 40 sandwiches on "Doller Rolls" or 25-30 on small burger buns!.

Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 or 1-1/4 pound of ground beef will make about 4 servings of BBQ!. Not huge helpings of BBQ on the buns, but a decent portion!. I'd figure on 20 buns, but pick up a few more in case they go lightly on the BBQ since it's an office scenario and no one will want to get messy and pile on a ton of that yummy but messy goodness!. Besides, better to have a few more than needed than not enough - can't eat BBQ without buns! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

1lb=4 buns so 5lbs = 20 buns
(4oz!.servings)

For 3oz servings: 1lb=5 buns so 5lbs=25 buns

I would buy 3 packages of 8!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Id say 16 buns!. Then maybe an extra eight!.!.!.just in case!. If you don't use them all you can freeze them!.

Lots of people eat it w/o buns too!. :/Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends how big the hamburgers are:) If you want 1/4 lb!.burgers then 4 x 5 = 20!.!.!.!. if you want 1/3 lb!. burgers, then 3 x 5 = 15!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

4 oz burgers you buy 20 rolls
8 oz burgers buy 10Www@FoodAQ@Com

lots of bunsWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you have 1/4lb burgers then 20!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
