Answers:
It is the "mozzarella" you use for the Lasagna!. Use "dry mozzarella" instead!. Once the "mozzarella" is in the oven (when you bake the Lasagna) all the water from the cheese comes out!.
The modern way to do this (to take the water out of the mozzarella) is to heat the cheese in the microwave until all the excess whey can be drained off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The first place to look is the noodles!. Pour them in a draining pan, so they will be sufficiently drained and free of excess water!. The next thing is the sauce, did you add to much liquid to it while you were cooking it!. The next thing that could cause it to be watery is the baking heat and the length of time left in the oven!. Cooking is an art!. Sometimes you simply cannot get it right!. It takes a lot time and patience!. Nothing is better than experience, when it comes to cooking!. You soon learn to throw away the recipe and use your own judgment!. Add a dash of this and a dash of that and your good to go!. Good cooking to you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I make lasagna the pot is still pretty hot so when I take out the noodles, I'll hold them in the air for about 10 seconds before I layer them down!. This gives them a chance to cool down You could just lay them on a baking sheet one layer at a time and let one side dry, then place the dry side down in the pan!. Add some sauce (My sauce is normally 1 can tomato paste, half can spaghetti sauce, ground meat that I already fried and drained, sausage that I've already cooked in the griddle) and meat then cheese, then add your next layer and repeat once more then your top layer!. I use three cheese!. Ricotta, mozarella, and Parmesan!. I would put them in a bowl and mix them together!. You should have more of the driest cheese (most likely your parmesan) in the mixture!. Cheese has a lot of moisture in it!. Once you're done, take it out of the oven and let it sit for about 30 hour!. When you're ready to serve, put it back in the oven for 10 minutes and it should come out drier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First of all, never, ever run your lasagna noodles under cold water after you boil them!. This could be one reason why your lasagna is coming out watery or loose!. Second, maybe your sauce is too thin!. Next time try adding a tbl spoon or so of tomato paste to your sauce, this too may alleviate the problem!. also make sure that you have added a beaten egg to your ricotta as this helps to bind the cheese mixture!. And lastly if all that doesnt work, when it comes out of the oven!.!.!.!.!.DONT TOUCH IT!!!!! For at least a half an hour!. This helps to cool and settle this dish, I know its tempting, but leave it alone!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

You followed the instructions that's what is wrong
next time only cook the pasta till it becomes flexible
remember the sauce and the oils from the cheese will add lots of liquid and your going to do a second cooking to make it tender
I no longer use lasagna rather won ton wraps!. I make about 4 or 5 mini loves To freeze and the wraps allow my to cut them to fit!.!.

You have to make sure you noodles are dry after cooking, them, pat them down even with a paper towel, make sure your sauce is pretty thick and isn't watery either!. Using ground meat, drain that very well even multiple sheets of paper towel!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil the noodles to al dente, drain and rinse!. Lay between some papertowels or clean dish towels!. Then make sure the sauce is nice and thick!. By cooking the noodels aldente, they will be perfect when you bite into the pasta as they will absorb more moisture from the sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not knowing what your putting your lasagna together with is hard to answer!. My guess is that you're not baking it long enough and/or and oven that is not hot enough!. Use a 350F oven for at least 1 1/2 hours!. Cannot know how thick your sauce is so you may have to thicken it also!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Be sure not to over cook the noodles!. They need to be plyable but not cooked all the way!. This way they absorb sauce and moisture as they cook, it helps to bond the lasagne together!. Let cool 10, before cutting and serving and your pieces will slice better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have put my lasagna noodles on a rack and let them sit there for about 2-3 minutes before placing them in the pan, they absorb lots of water while they are boiling this sitting time will allow some of the water to drip out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make or use a thicker sauce or let the sauce you have boil down a little to reduce the amount of water in it!. Maybe youre using fresh mozzerella and that contains a lot of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't boil your noodles first; just soften in hot tap water so they will bend into the corners of the pan!.

Remove foil the last 30 min or so of baking so some moisture can evaporate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use good thick sauce, and when you are draining the noodles, rinse them with cold water and then dry them by laying them on some paper towels!. It works for me!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your noodles might be too wet from when you boiled them!. Maybe pat them dry with a dish towel before you start layering them!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Either thicken your sauce with more tomato paste!.!.!.or use those No Boil noodles, they actually need more liquid to cook and absorb it!. I use them all the time!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you drying the noodles once you boil them!?
Lay them flat in between paper towels
This will get rid of some of the excess waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
