How do you make a homemade cheese sauce for mac n cheese?!
I want a tasty cheese sauce so I can make mac and cheese at home!. Anyone have any recipes they have tried and liked!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

olive oil, one turn of the pan
3 pats of butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups of milk
salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium heat!. Add the butter and stir in with a whisk!. When butter is melted, add the flour and whisk the flour in with the butter until the flour cooks fully and no longer looks white!. The flour might clump up but that is ok!. Add the liquid and whisk to incorporate until all the lumps are gone and the sauce starts to thicken!. Add salt and pepper to taste!. Add 1 cup each of three of your favorite cheeses!. 2 cups heavy cream, heated to warm/hot
1 tsp!. garlic powder
1/2 tsp!. dijon mustard
1/2 block of velveeta, grated or chunked
8 oz!. shredded american cheese
1 package cream cheese
Add in the garlic powder and mustard and stir!.
Put heat on low/medium!.
Melt in the cream cheese, whisking!.
Begin whisking in the american cheese and velveeta a little at a time until it is all combined!.
Pour over macaroni or shells and mix!.
Let stand 5 mins before serving!.
(To bake it, boil pasta to al dente (undercook) and pour sauce over pasta and bake in 350 oven for about 30 mins!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

after you boil your pasta drain it and put it back into the pot!. keep the flame on low and add butter(depends on the amount that you make) then add very little milk(also depends on the amount that you make) and start adding sliced cheese while constantly stirring!.you will need to use alot of sliced cheese untill the pasta turns a yellow orange and is very cheesey!. add some salt and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
melt 2 tbsp butter in pan add 1/2 cup flour!. mix until no clumps are formed!. add 1 cup milk and mix!. then add 2 pound of your favorite grated cheese!. i use extra sharp cracker barrel!. mix until the sauce is thick and cheesy colored!. add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cayenne and a dollop of spicy mustard!. pour over boiled noodles and bake at 350 fo 30 min!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I boil the macaroni and drain!. Add it back into the pan and add velveeta and a little milk and stir until it melts!. Very yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
