Answers:
There is NO substitute, go to the store and buy ricotta!. Simple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make it with the shredded mozarella and add some chopped, cooked spinach!. It will be good! also can turn a calzone into a stromboli by making it with any pizza topping and adding a little sauce!. Especially good made with sausage and peppers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just leave it out! Think of a calzone not as a lasagna in a crust, but an inside-out pizza!. And pizzas usually don't have ricota!. Just use mozzarella or provolone instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just put cheese on it ricotta has no biz being on a inside out pizzaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Just make it with shredded mozzarella!. It'll be great!.
