What should I make with some leftover cooked taco meat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The easiest is to top on a baked potato- add sour cream, salsa, mexican or cheddar cheese!. Yum!

If you want to cook- I love taco lasagna! Super easy too!. Get 16oz ricotta!. I get skim ricotta and it tastes just fine!. Mix one egg or egg white with ricotta!. Decide whether you're going to boil the noodles beforehand or not!. The cooking times will differ!. Add salsa to taco meat until it looks like a meaty spaghetti sauce!. You can add 1/2 TB chili powder and 1/8 teas cayenne pepper if you want it spicier!. In 13 x 9 or 11 x 7 pan- Layers will be a little meat sauce, noodles, 1/2 of ricotta, meat, Mexican cheese, repeat!. Then noodles and top with salsa or picante!. Cover with foil!. Make sure to place pan on cookie sheet for spills!. Either bake for 35min for pre-cooked noodles or bake 70mins for uncooked noodles!. Add extra cheese last 10mins and remove foil!. The ricotta really makes this dish- very good- you can add sliced green onions to the ricotta if you like!.

Happy cooking!Www@FoodAQ@Com
