What kind of cookie!? I know that chocolate chip cookies, if they have too many chips (perish the thought!), will fall apart because the chips split the cookie up too much!. If you're using chunky things like chocolate chips or raisins or maybe even oats, you might want to think about that!. You could even try grinding a small portion of the chunks into powder so you don't lose the flavor!. Or, you might want to try making your batter a little wetter, or reducing the amount of baking soda you use!. they won't be as soft, but then again, they are *too* soft now, lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My opinion is that even though they are fully cooked, cook them 3-5 minutes longer and they will still be soft, but not soft enough to crumble in your hands!. if they still crumble after this, then try cooking them 1-2 more minutes!. Hope i could help!Www@FoodAQ@Com
The answer is to make the cookies with a bit more flour!. also bake them in the oven for another few minutes until more firm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
well sometimes it is the butter which might still be warm from the oven and only part solid, so maybe put them in the fridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Use brown sugar!. It gives it that little bit of hardness to stay together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Coat them in chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
