Healthy recipe with pasta/broccoli/chicken?!?!
I need a healthy recipe for a meal that has pasta, broccoli, chicken in it!. preferably around 250-300 calories I guess!.
I have whole wheat pasta I will use, i also have pasta sauce that has 50 calories and !.5 grams of fat (its healthy!)!. I have a bag of frozen broccoli!. and i have boneless skinless chicken I can grill!.
but I dont know the recipe to use to make this meal!.
I dont have to use the chicken because it will probably just add extra calories!.!.!.
can i just have a meal with the pasta, sauce, and broccoli!? that would be kind of weird!?

Cook the pasta, strain, rinse with cold water!.
Cook the chicken and cut into cubes or strips!.
Chop the broccoli!.
Add together and toss with 1 bottle of fat free Italian dressing!.
Pasta salad!.

PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c!. olive oil
1/2 lb!. chicken breast strips
1/4 c!. broccoli florets, chopped
3/4 c!. sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp!. fresh basil, chopped fine
Pinch red pepper
1/4 c!. semi-dry white wine
3/4 c!. low salt chicken broth
1 tbsp!. low salt butter
1/2 lb!. bow tie pasta
Pepper to taste
Grated cheese
Cut up broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and chicken separately and set aside!.
In large skillet, cook together garlic, oil and chicken; set aside!.
Saute broccoli in butter, add chicken mixture; stir!. Add all ingredients remaining, except pasta and cheese!.
Make pasta as directed on box!. Let chicken and broccoli simmer for 20 minutes to blend flavors!. Add pasta to dish and top with grated cheese!.

You should have protein in your meal!. Boil the chicken!. Keep an eye on it as it will dry out fast!. As soon as it is not pink in the middle drain the hot water, rinse with cold water and shred it up!. Use about 1/2 the chicken breast for dinner to night, add to the sauce and heat the sauce!. Serve over the pasta and then steam the broccoli and have that on the side of the pasta and chicken sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cube your chicken, fry in tbsp of olive oil with fresh garlic, salt and pepper!.Scoop out of pan, add broccoli, cover with lid and cook until tender!. (I also cook sliced carrots and zucchini) Add the chicken to the veggies, then add about a cup of chicken broth and simmer for a minute!. I add a little bit of freshly grated parm or asiago cheese!. Dump mixture on top of pasta and serve

You can just mix alfredo sauce with it! =)

make the pasta with the chicken cut then in strips if you can and put the broccoli one the side
