Question: Whats a healthy recipe for salmon with the skin on!?
Answers:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 (6 ounce) skin on salmon fillets
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit!. Melt the butter in an oven safe saucepan on medium low heat!. When the butter foam subsides, add the almonds and cook, stirring, just until the almonds start to brown!. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place in the pan flesh side down!. Spoon almonds over the top of the fillet and place in the oven!. Roast for 10 minutes total, turning after 5 minutes and again spooning butter and almonds over top!.

To make this recipe a little healthier, replace the butter with extra virgin olive oil!.

salt and pepper both side of the fillet
then cover both side with parmesan cheese
blot in flour
sautee 3 mins in 1 tbsp olive oil per fillet (flip)
put 1 tbsp butter
sautee another 3 minutes
spueeze lemon juice
top with extra melted cheese

pretty much everything you'd make with the skin off!. but if you're trying to go a little healthy, then take the skin off cuz its loaded with fat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
