Answers:
Yes!. You can use any peppers you want in Guacamole!. Or just leave them out altogether if you choose to do so!.

The most basic guacamole does not even use peppers at all!. The most basic guacamole uses just minced red onion, a squeeze of lime juice and mashed, ripe avocado!. My boyfriend's Mother is Mexican, born and raised!. This is the way she makes it!. When she wants a spicy version, she uses whatever she has on hand!. Sometimes it's minced fresh peppers, sometimes it's crushed red pepper flakes, sometimes it's a dash of Tabasco!. also if she doesn't have red onion, she will use whatever onion is around!. But red onion is preferred!. I make my guac, the same way!.

Guacamole is, in fact, Vegan, as it does not contain any animal product!.

Try this one- You will get about 1 cup of Guacamole

2 Large, mashed, ripe Avocadoes
? Cup, minced, fresh, Red Onion
1 Tablespoon fresh, squeezed Lime juice

Combine all ingredients, in a bowl!. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving!.

If you want to use pepper!. Add 1 minced Jalape?o or any Pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know why guac would not end up being vegan!? But yes you can use jalapno's!. It all depends on the heat you like as to which pepper you add and how much of that pepper you use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jalapenos are milder than serranos!. yes, you can substitute one for the other or leave them out all together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most guacamole recipes use jalapenos! Www@FoodAQ@Com
